Bad Back!

Yesterday was not a good day.  My back has gone out.  The last time this happened was three years ago.  I am back to my back stretches and am actually going to see a chiropractor tomorrow.  It's hard to teach preschool and chase your own 3 children around when you can barely get around!  I can't get in my bed without a pain pill.  I am just hoping I am able to drive to go pick up Cassidy from school!  I need to get to the store, but then again, how would I fare driving and dealing with the boys?
